Well, now is the time you need your Annie Sleeves! Remember, you can pull them up and over your thumb to just be a wrist cuff, and wear your gloves while you shovel! Then, just pull them back up and over your thumb.....boom shok-a-lok-a! Instant fingerless glove!
Well, we're heading into the "BIg Season"! Gulp! Lots of shows and parties. Maybe it's good, though. It is so easy to slide into "couch potato" mode. I had to watch Dancing with the Stars..then Castle. Then there was Tues night..oh well, I can basically list the TV schedule,,,snore! I guess the point is that there will be no choice, but to go out..and, it's always fun when ya do! I am fried..and, that is so annoying! Again, it hasn't even started. Do you think that each year one ages, that the sidewalk subtly slopes upwards..and, time ticks just a little faster. So, it takes longer and it's harder, and time goes faster and faster..whoa, i just got a little crabby and edgy! I think I will go lay on my couch, and not worry what's up next..cause, it will come..and, hopefully I will be here to rise to the occasion!

I can start with my family...childhood to present! As my dad lay dying, I rested my head on his chest and thanked him for being my safety net. I have travelled all over the world. Lived on the streets of Paris, fell in love with New York living, and dined with Randolph Hearst...only because I had a family that was always there for me! I knew that I could pick up the phone, and be home safely within hours! That empowered me to take risks that I never would have dreamed of doing!
Now, my sweet Pa-boy is in heaven, watching over me..and, all my family. I can talked to him at any time, cause he is always here with me. I knew he was patient, but WOW..now, he is tolerant of my spazzy, schitzo escapades! thanks Pa!
Today, I am so grateful for my family, even though some of them don't tolerate our shortcomings as well, they are still "family". I guess it adds interest! Anyway, I couldn't have my amazing business without them...Lizzy, Margie, Theresa, Jim Here, and of course, the Monkey, (my momma)! I am so grateful for each and everyone of you! I LOVE you!
I am grateful for Marie...my business partner for the past two and half years. She has taught me how to organize, expedite, and polish the rough edges. Since I have always been an "unmade bed" in the office, I can emulate her organizational skills...and, carry on! You have really raised my "Bar" in quality control! I LOVE you! Thank you so much!

I am grateful for my four little boys! I would NOT be here if it weren't for Dexter, Gordy, Gladstone, and baby Lewis. You have gotten up and out of bed so many times, when I felt like I wanted to hide under the covers. My true goal has always been to have kept you healthy, happy, and purring...yes, they have four legs, a tail, and use a litter box! And, I love them more than my own life! They are my Angels...my direct line to God! Thank you...Meow!
I am grateful to all my Yoga students..where would I be without you!!?!??! You drag yourself to class, work your asses off, and are always joyful! You are the warriors and pioneers...I get to just show up...and, have fun! Thank you!!
I am so thankful for my friends...Snaps... you are my dearest, bestest, and coolest friend! I love you so much...and, you have to start flying again! We need to be in NYC together! I love you with all my heart! Otter, Kitty Goat, (she is in three categories..sister and friend, and soulmate!) My barnyard pals...I love you!
I am so incredibly grateful and thankful that I am a humble Poni! I have learned to treat myself as an innocent animal...doing the best I can! I am a feisty, ambitious Poni..as liz says, I will just keep climbing up that hill!! Well, it's a huge mountain, but with all this love, it feels like an ant hill! I have all your wind beneath my hooves...and, I am floating with delight through life! Couldn't do it without any of you!
I am thankful for the Universal Power of God...in everything..there is that magic of Heaven! Thank you for showing me the way...so, I can relax and thoroughly enjoy this exciting, bumpy, ride! I truly believe that I am not only on the right path, but I get to feel each magic moment of it...cause, it's already happened!

The past couple of months have been amazing..both positive and a little on the "below the line" end, too. We scored a spot on Good Morning America's, Deals and Steals. This is a monthly show hosted by a delightful woman, Tory Johnson. She offers "deals" that are basically "steals". It's a great age old concept, we get incredible PR, into many new hands, (or arms and legs, if you will), and
adding snaps to our story. The peeps get an incredible deal, and hopefully word of mouth soars! Little did we know that it was an 80's theme...whoops a daisy! I think of my sleeves as long, luxurious gloves from the 20's to the 40's! Funny! I've have decided that must indicate that the sleeves are timeless! Anyway, it was a wild ride. Waiting and watching the numbers ticking away, over each time zone. But, suddenly, West Coast came to an abrupt halt. Apparently, the President had to talk about unemployment...what? We all know the tragic state of our country..but, you just cost us...a lot! Well, must forge on...Several days go by, knowing we have 4 weeks to complete these orders...argh! Okay, once the dough finally cleared, got the fabrics and hearts, we're off, let the games begin! Marie was in there front and center...she had every mailing pouch labeled and every invoice printed..(this was days before the products was done), and virtually stuffed each and every one...amazing as always! We got the beautiful sets completed on time, and most, (never will everyone be happy), love their Annie sleeves and leggings...thanks Kathy, (Marie's sister), you are so wonderful to help!
